10 years in tech, before specializing in Notion.

Front-end developer, then engineering manager at Welcome to the Jungle and papernest. I led the migration from Jira to Linear for an 80-person team before dedicating myself fully to Notion.

My Notion activity.

80+

people trained

9 000+

templates downloaded

I've worked on Notion full-time for several years, with freelancers and teams ranging from 5 to 300 people. Every engagement starts from the client's real system, never a generic template.

Over the course of these engagements, I've built a library of reusable templates, which lets me move faster on the foundations and spend more time on what's specific to your activity.

Three other hats.

Notion Ambassador

A distinction Notion grants to a limited number of consultants and creators worldwide: advanced expertise on the tool, active contribution to the community, regular professional use. It can't be bought, and it renews by invitation.

Creator of Filed

Filed is the Chrome extension and mobile app I built to capture directly into Notion: annotated screenshots, audio recordings, entire web pages, in one motion.

Engineering Manager

Ten years in product environments, including several years as Engineering Manager at Welcome to the Jungle and papernest, managing stakeholders across multiple departments before specializing fully in Notion. Jira admin across 80+ teams, then lead on a full migration of 80 people from Jira to Linear, from tool selection to real adoption. Needs are gathered through field interviews, adoption is built with the team, never imposed from above: getting different teams to adopt a tool wasn't new to me.

Co-built, not handed over turnkey.

Every system is built collaboratively, not handed over at the end. You gain expertise during the engagement, not just a deliverable: no dependency, no black box.

  1. 1

I build with you, never in your place

You understand the system as it's being built, not after the fact on a finished deliverable.

  2. 2

I translate the same system for different audiences

Product, tech, non-technical teams: speaking to each in their own terms is what an engineering manager does every day.

  3. 3

    You leave with no dependency

The goal is for you to be able to evolve the system on your own after the engagement.
