FAQ

The answers before you get started.

Real questions, with full answers. About Notion, about the offers, about pricing, about how I work.

Notion

What is Notion?

Notion is an all-in-one tool that replaces several pieces of software: Google Docs (documentation), Excel/Airtable (databases), Trello/Asana (project management), Evernote (notes). Everything is connected in a single workspace.

Notion has a learning curve. The basics are accessible within a few hours. But building a real system (databases, relations, automations) takes time and method. That's where a consultant can save you weeks.

Notion isn't the answer to everything, but it's the most flexible, most adaptable tool I know. It bends to your activity, not the other way around. Unlike Monday.com or ClickUp, which impose their own logic, Notion fits your needs. And above all, it consolidates: instead of 10 scattered tools, you get one, well structured.

Who you work with.

It's a status granted by Notion itself, distinct from Ambassadorship: certified consultants are listed in Notion's official directory (notion.com/explore-consultants) after their expertise is validated. It's direct recognition from Notion, not a self-proclaimed title.

Notion Ambassador is a distinction Notion grants to a limited number of consultants and creators worldwide. It recognizes advanced expertise on the tool, active contribution to the community, and regular professional use. It isn't a commercial certification: it can't be bought, and it renews by invitation.

10 years in tech: front-end developer, then Engineering Manager at French scale-ups (Welcome to the Jungle, papernest). I managed teams, processes, and large-scale coordination tools. That experience is what informs how I structure Notion systems, not just knowledge of the tool.

No. Notion distinguishes two partner statuses: Sales Partners, who resell licenses and manage the commercial relationship, and Consulting Partners, which is what I am. My role is workflow design, workspace structuring, training, and change management. Nothing to do with selling licenses.

Offers & engagements

How does it work?

The best starting point is the free diagnostic. A quick 3-minute version, or a full 12-minute version. It identifies what's currently blocking you in Notion. Depending on your score, a suited offer is recommended. Otherwise, book a free 45-minute call so we can talk it through together.

It depends on the offer. Unblock: 1 session (1-2h). Audit: 5-7 days. Build: 2-4 weeks depending on complexity. Train: 1-2 days. Adopt: 3 months minimum. I stick to the timelines I quote.

Yes, and it's often the best approach. The most common combinations: Audit + Build (€490 deducted), Build + Train your point person (system + internal self-sufficiency), Build + Master = the Freelance Complete Pack (€400 saved). We discuss the right path during the discovery call.

Mainly remote (video call via Google Meet). It's more flexible and just as effective. On-site sessions are possible in Paris and the surrounding area depending on availability, at no extra cost.

Pricing & payment

Pricing and payment.

All pricing is listed on the Pricing page. No form, no quote needed for standard offers. If your project is non-standard (a 100-person team, a very specific custom training), we talk it through on a call.

Two automatic discounts: Audit → Build within 30 days (€490 deducted), and the Freelance Complete Pack (€400 saved versus buying Build + Master separately). Nonprofits and schools: contact me for adjusted pricing.

Maintain keeps the workspace's technical quality intact over time: it's ongoing care of the system. Adopt supports human and organizational adoption: it's ongoing care of the people. The two can coexist or follow one another depending on your situation.

Guarantees & after

What if it doesn't fit?

I build things with you, not for you: every deliverable is validated as we go. If something needs adjusting, we fix it together. I don't hand over a black box at the end of the engagement. If something still doesn't fit, we talk about it directly — I'm not the type to disappear after delivery.
